Faye McIlroy left the UK to explore the world in 1998 and settled in New Zealand in 2004. She currently lives in Auckland with her husband and their two young children. Faye is a volunteer adult literacy tutor and loves to read and write contemporary fiction. She launched her author website in 2014 to provide a forum for her written work. Faye was inspired to create a piece on the Lost and Found theme because she wanted the challenge of a deadline.
