Helen Lehndorf is a writer and writing teacher. Her book The Comforter made New Zealand Listener’s ‘Best 100 Books of 2012’. Her second book, Write to the Centre, about the practice of journaling, was published by Haunui Press in 2016. Her essay ‘The Sensory Seeker’ appeared in Massey University’s 2017 anthology Home. She loves permaculture, community activism and helping people access their innate creativity.
