Krysana Hanley is a Pākēhā writer based in Tāmaki Makaurau. She has always used writing as an outlet; if her cat died, her crush laughed at her joke or the sun shone just so, she’d write about it.
Published in 6 cents, Symposia, Ōtautahi is Flash and Ensemble, Krysana also writes a fortnightly newsletter called The Kindling with a short story and poem in each issue. Her days are consumed with writing short stories, essays, songs and poetry.
